BEWARE OF ROOMS NEXT TO ELEVATOR This hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are simple and modern. The single rooms are about 160 square feet and furnished with the essentials -- a firm bed, beside tables, small closet, AC unit, and a smart TV. Restrooms are also small but adequate. The hotel's location is great, very central. Amenities include a central dining area with a kitchen, public balconies and off street parking. My first night's stay was a nightmare. I was placed in room 103, where the elevator shaft cuts right through it and every time someone got off, the elevator makes this loud obnoxious ring noise. I was literally going mad and was not able to sleep comfortably having to hear that noise go off every few minutes throughout the night. The next morning the staff was gracious enough to move me into a room further away from the elevator. It's like night and day. All in all, I'm liking this hotel very much.

Great location, you are about 4 blocks away from downtown TJ, you are walking distance from many food restaurants near by. I would recommend staying on the 3rd or 4th floor, there is a bar on the first floor that plays live music, so being on the 1st floor or 2nd you will not be able to sleep well.

Centrally located, nice decor with contemporary vibe. Very clean. The room we were in had a bit of an odor, like the previous inhabitant was a smoker. Helpful staff. Gets pretty loud with live band next door. It takes a while for the hot water to warm up, so you have to run the shower for about 5 - 10 min, or take a cold shower. The soap, lotion and conditioner provided were top tier. Very moisturizing!

Excellent, extremely clean and cozy hotel in a great location. Rooms are very modern, elegant and clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful stuff. Everyone's customer service skills exceed expectations. I would like to thank Everyone at the Mission 11 Hotel for their help and understanding while I found myself in a complicated situation while staying in a new to me beautiful foreign country. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value and is far from being “trashy.” Roberto, the hotelier, provided outstanding service, and the entire staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I booked through Expedia, and the process was smooth. The rooms are somewhat compact but comfortably accommodate two guests. The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the downtown area, which I found to be a pleasant way to get some exercise. I noticed several reviews expressing concerns about damage fees; however, I did not encounter any issues in this regard. It seems that some guests may struggle with accountability. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others seeking affordable accommodations with attentive staff.

I loved the location its calm I had restaurant all around and zona norte is just a very short walk about 4 blocks from where the strip in Blvd revolución starts. The room was cozy enough room to stretch, I heard everything every time someone was in the hallway.

Clean and a great location. Rooms are a little small but I am not in Tijuana to stay in a hotel. Compared to other hotels the value for the money is great. Also the restaurant in the hotel has good food but there is also a great restaurant next door.

Rooms are small and decent. Literally just bed, small storage, TV, shower and restroom. We got two full beds. Room really small and no windows. We can hear music next door because they have a bar next door. But definitely worth the price. They say buffet is available but I saw none. We ordered normal food at restaurant.
